摘要:

针对高校学科交叉平台大型仪器设备使用和管理存在的使用效益不高、设备运行数据记录不准确、设备支撑科研产出数据统计困难等问题进行分析。并在借助校级共享平台对学科交叉平台大型仪器设备进行信息化管理、利用Excel VBA实现了一个简易的科研产出与设备关联系统,探索建立科研产出与大型仪器设备关联数据库方面进行了实践。在节省经费支出的前提下,可有效促进大型仪器设备开放共享、提供准确的相关数据支持。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the problems of low efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment on the interdisciplinary platform, inaccurate recording of equipment operation data, and difficulty in statistical data of scientific research output. In addition, with the help of the university-level sharing platform, the information management of large instruments and equipment of the interdisciplinary platform is carried out, A simple system based on Excel VBA enables the correlation of scientific output with equipment and the establishment of a database of scientific research output and large instruments and equipment is explored. Under the premise of saving money and expenditure, it can effectively promote the open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment and provide accurate relevant data support.
